A huge thank you to all those
who came out , especially those dressed in garb. You all added to the
atmosphere filling the air with excitement in theme with the days of the
olde mixed with diverse cultural and fantasy themes. A most wondrous time
was had by all who attended, and the feedback from the community was very
positive about this event and it WILL BE BACK FOR ANOTHER YEAR!!!!!
A huge thank you to all of
the merchants, artisans, acts, musical performers, whose contribution and
belief in this event made it possible.
A thank you to the New Hope
community, police dept, shops, restaurants, pubs, and other local businesses
who had to put up with road closings and the town appearing to be under
siege by marauding bands of Pyrates , Wenches , Rouges, Knights ,
Belly-dancers, and various Characters and Creatures of the night.
A special thank you to the
New Hope chamber of commerce for making this event possible , to Havana,
Tuscany , John&Peters and the Mechanic street businesses for
providing the area for us to do this in and to the staff at Against the
Grain /Pyrates Treasure/ Medieval Gallery, for all their
hard-work and assistance in helping me pull this off, and special
thanks to Briana Egglestone for all her dedication and
assistance. I couldn't have done it without you.
